I take e-checks through the PayPal system and all major credit cards. PayPal is my payment processor. They collect all payments for me. Using PayPal is the most secure way to make purchases online. Your astrology readings will begin when payment is received and cleared.

How soon will I receive my astrology readings after payment has cleared?

It takes me two to five business days to research and process your written consultations. I schedule phone consultations by the hour but some days are filled up so it might take up to five days to get an appointment with me for your astrology reading.

What format will my astrology readings be in?

I can either do an astrology reading for you over the phone by the hour, or correspond with you through e-mails to complete your reading. If we correspond through e-mails there is no set time for completion. Your astrology reading is complete when my research is done and sent to you and your questions regarding the reading are answered. The whole process between us usually takes two to five business days, depending on how often you correspond with me through e-mails.

Do you have a money back guarantee?

All astrology readings are created specifically for the person requesting them. Because of this, it's impossible to provide a monetary refund, but customer satisfaction is a top priority for me. I sincerely believe you'll be pleased with your astrology readings, as my customer satisfaction is 100%. I've never had anyone who hasn't been happy with the astrology readings I've done for them.

I do astrology readings to try an educate others about the benefits of the principles of astrology in general, becoming a life long mentor.

How long will the astrology readings be?

Phone consultations are paid by the hour. If your questions aren't all answered within this time frame you may keep purchasing additional time from me until you have all your questions answered. The personal e-mail consultations will vary per page and customer, depending on the type of astrology readings purchased. My astrology readings consultations are very specific to your life and circumstances. Most reports are a minimum of three fully typed pages to as many as twelve fully typed pages. Some people's lives are just more complicated than others. :>)

Each report includes a colorful astrology chart that pertains to your specific reading. I include these so people can start to learn astrology on their own and study what I've written against the actual chart.

Will my personal information, such as my e-mail address or phone number ever be sold or given to other companies for solicitation?

NO. I do not sell information to anybody for any reason. All correspondences between us are kept extremely private and confidential, much like a doctor patient relationship would be. Trust is very important in any relationship. I would never betray the trust of one of my customers/clients.
